This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and 215 Technology, Inc.
The DJ2000 Software, Documentation, or any portions thereof (the "Software") is protected by US and International Copyright Law and may not be reproduced in any form except as expressly permitted in this Agreement by 215 Technology, Inc., without the written permission of 215 Technology, Inc. DJ2000 (Product and Software) is licensed property of 215 Technology. Use of the software indicates your acceptance of the following statements:
Licensing Statement
DJ2000 is licensed, not sold, for the exclusive use of the original purchaser for use on one computer only. In order to protect your investment, you may make backup copies of the software or move the software to another computer but it must NEVER be used on two computers at the same time.
Disclaimer of Warranty
215 Technology, Inc. has done everything reasonably possible to ensure that DJ2000 is a quality product you will find useful. However, DJ2000 is licensed to you "As Is," without any implied, express, or statutory warranty as to the quality, performance, usefulness, or success you have using DJ2000.
Liability Statement and Limitation
In no event will 215 Technology be responsible or liable for any damages or costs resulting from or relating to the use of this program even if 215 Technology is aware of the possibility of damage. 215 Technology's total liability to you for actual damages from any cause is limited to the amount you paid for this product.
Please note, however, that this limitation MAY not fully apply to you depending on the State in which you live.
Choice of Law
The choice of law in any matters relating to this Agreement, DJ2000, or 215 Technology shall be that of the State of Iowa.
